Winter storageĀ

With the house sale progressing and winter drawing in I decided to put the car into storage. It’s not getting driven and the space in the garage will be handy for packing and boxing up tools. It hadn’t moved since September so once again it was pleasing how easy it started up. It was then a 35 minute blast across Shropshire to Salopian Classic Storage where the westie will be spending the winter tucked up under a cover.

David was very welcoming and helped roll the car into position. I’ve a few jobs to tackle in the spring including the fuel sender, the cooling bypass change to help the engine run warmer and some wing protectors for the stone chip prone rear wings. All easy jobs for the spring.
